Check out this article and the accompanying film about Obama and about us, the American people, by an Australian. I am not prone to emotional displays, but they both brought tears to my eyes.

The Best Defense is a Good Offense
Apparently the best way to come back from a huge political gaffe is to blame it all on the intended target, especially when you are talking about
Assassination.
Are there two asses in that word for a reason?
Coincidence? I think not!
Maybe it is ass squared in the case of Clinton.

If it was not Dead before, it is NOW
No more sequels for Hillary, good or bad, for the lead antagonist assassinated herself with words. It turns out that words are the
Bloodiest Way to Go
I am not a big fan of Keith Olbermann, but this is the second time in this campaign that he has impressed me with his passion and straight talk. The first was the Ferraro racism thread where it could be argued that Clinton was in agreement due to her failure to respond. Yesterday the words went straight from Clinton's mouth to the sick, twisted and dark underbelly of this nation. Her words could only really be heard there, where that vocabulary is familiar. To the decent people of this nation her words were a physical and psychological affront to all that they hold dear
I would like to think that most people strive to somehow be impeccable with their word (see The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz). This means that they use the power of their word, and make no mistake there is great power in the word, in the direction of truth and love.
I think we should all show Senator Clinton the way of truth and love, for she is clearly having no success in those areas, and it will take all of us.

Delegate Watch
The DNC site has a good history of the past two weeks (and before) of all the super delegate movement.
Obama has netted approximately 25 supers in the past two weeks.
Tonight expect a blowout by Clinton in WV, as expected.
Next week expect a Clinton blowout in KY and an Obama blowout in OR.

“I’m not going to put my lot in with economists.” - HRC
Only Hillary Clinton could say that, mean it, and still have people voting for her.
What are they voting FOR exactly? Do people feel that because she is a woman (in theory) that her threats to "decimate" Iran are just that and nothing more? It occurs to me that you would have to look pretty hard to tell her apart from McCain at this point. Oh, wait, McCain sometimes tells the truth and appears to have some integrity.
This combination of street fighter, tall-tale-teller and fantasy pusher is dangerous - period.
Read David Brooks' article, Combat and Composure, to see where Hillary does put her lot in.

The Holiday from Hell
A new horror film starring Clinton McCain in a remake of the 70's and 80's dud:
The Return of the Windfall Profits Tax
Don't be fooled by political maneuvering, read the article and enjoy the history lesson.
