Clinton vs. Uncommitted

Michigan, a state that moved up its primary in direct violation of Democratic party rules, was stripped of its delegates for the national convention.

Clinton, the only Democratic candidate still in the contest whose name was on the ballot (the other party on the ticket was Uncommitted), thinks that Michigan should be counted and that the original count should stand.

Say What?

Here is what we know:

10/10/07 - Hillary Clinton asked by New Hampshire Public Radio why she wouldn't take her name of the Michigan ballot: "It's clear this election they're having is not going to count for anything."

03/13/08 - Hillary Clinton asked by National Public Radio whether she thinks it is fair to count Michigan when only she had her name on the ballot: "But we all had a choice as to whether or not to participate in what was going to be a primary. and most people took their names off the ballot, but I didn't."

Decide for yourself ... as for me, I know when something in my fridge is past its prime.
